Responsibilities of the recipients of the PNASD Scholarship Program are set forth by the Board of Directors and the Scholarship Committee. Below is a list of expectations and responsibilities to the Association:

Must be a current member of PNASD. If you wish to join the PNASD, complete the membership application available at the bottom of the main page through the "PNASD" menu button and submit with the appropriate fee and your scholarship application.           $50.00 new or active RN           $40.00 retired RN           $35.00 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)           $25.00 RN or LVN student

An active participant to any of the following committee of choice:

	a.	Education Committee
	b.	Scholarship Committee
	c.	Membership Committee
	d.	Community Outreach Committee
	e.	Research & Grant Committee
	f.	Legislative Committee
	g.	Ways & Means Committee
	h.	Newsletter Committee
	i.	Hospitality Committee

Attendance at the Business Meeting (minimum of 4X/year). The standard meeting is once a month every 3rd Sunday of each month at Kaiser Permanente Hospital at Zion Classroom # 4). Active participation in one of the PNASD's annual major activities:

	a.	Spring Educational Seminar
	b.	Scholarship Dinner Dance Ball
	c.	Nurses Week celebration
	d.	Community Events
